Last weekend a few friends and I attended The PWCCGS (Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of the Garden State) Funday Sunday Corgi meetup at Deer Path Park in Flemington, NJ. The day was filled with games, raffles, demos, and obviously, TONS OF CORGIS! There were about ninety-five corgis in attendance this year. Games and contests included Biggest Ears, Best Fluffy, and Longest Tail!

Unfortunately, our Queen Lucy had to stay at a friend’s house while we went to the meetup because she’s not nice around other dogs, but she still got to meet new people and play fetch in a big backyard later in the day. Plus she got to go on a fun car ride in her carseat-boat. 🙂

Here are some photos from the event. Check out our custom Snapchat filter 😉

Since all proceeds from the event are donated to the rescue, I couldn’t resist buying some corgi shaped cookies (which I ate already), a corgi magnet, and entered the raffle. I won some hand stitched towels and a corgi plushie. Adorable. 🙂

All in all, it was a fantastic event and am looking forward to the next one!
