Dear Corgi Nation,
Here’s to a huge WELCOME and THANK YOU to all who have visited and supported our pages on Facebook, Instagram, and signed up for our newsletter in the past few months! We just reached 6k likes on Facebook and are almost at 6k followers on Instagram too.
First are foremost, welcome to the Corgi Things community!
For those of you who are new around here, my name is Connie, the creator of Corgi Things. I have a 9 year old corgi rescue named Queen Lucy the Sassypants who we adopted 3 years ago from a Basset Hound rescue in Pennsylvania (You can read Lucy’s Adoption Story here).
I created Corgi Things back in Feb 2016 as a shop and lifestyle blog to feature our favorite corgi things, both mass produced and handmade. Since then, I’ve been creating products of my own (I’m a sticker maniac now), sharing and promoting local Maker stories, and posting about corgi butts for my favorite day of the week #WiggleButtWednesdays.

Throughout this process I’ve gotten a chance to meet and chat with creators and entrepreneurs around the world to feature their Maker stories and businesses. I work with an amazing illustrator (Shoutout to Erica) who helps with all of the adorable corgis you see on our site. I’ve chatted with corgi rescues like Queens Best Stumpy Dog Rescue (QBSDR). I’ve gotten to know corgis and their hoomans from across the country.
I want to take this time out to thank everyone for their support so far. I’m always open to receiving suggestions on posts, content, and products. If there’s anything you’d like to see or feel is missing, please email me at connie(at)corgithings.com. I hope we can make this into a community of sharing and caring for our stumpy furbabies!
Thank you everyone!
