The Pembroke Welsh Corgi, or dwarf dog, is a wonderful small dog breed classified as a cattle herding dog in most Kennel Clubs. Its appearance, elongated and very peculiar, makes the Corgi an appealing breed that will raise the curiosity of most people.
Liz Stahl is the creator of @corgisinfood… aka my new favorite Instagram account. The first photos I spotted from her IG were a @WinstonTheWhiteCorgi popsicle and her corgi Izzy napping on a dreamy mountain of mashed potatoes. I asked Liz if she could tell us a bit about her account:
