Liz Stahl is the creator of @corgisinfood… aka my new favorite Instagram account. The first photos I spotted from her IG were a @WinstonTheWhiteCorgi popsicle and her corgi Izzy napping on a dreamy mountain of mashed potatoes. I asked Liz if she could tell us a bit about her account:
“I created this to meld everyone’s two favorite things: food and corgis! I have been a corgi lover since childhood, and have had the pleasure of being a mother to Izzy, a pembroke, for the last 5 years (She is the corgi used in almost all of my photos).
The goal of this account is to make people happier than they were before they saw one of the posts. Plain and simple.
The simplicity of the concept will always be an anchor, but expect some creative evolution in the coming months – inclusive of video & live events!
I have been inundated with fan messages and corgi/food requests – I promise to continue to read all of them and can’t thank everyone enough for the support.”
