Last weekend a few friends and I attended The PWCCGS (Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of the Garden State) Funday Sunday Corgi meetup at Deer Path Park in Flemington, NJ. The day was filled with games, raffles, demos, and obviously, TONS OF CORGIS! There were about ninety-five corgis in attendance this year. Games and contests included Biggest Ears, Best Fluffy, and Longest Tail!

June 25th was the first annual Corgi Nation Corgi Prom (yup, you heard it right), which took place on Facebook with over 1000 corgis and their pawrents. Corgi Prom was the genius idea by group admins Jillian Allinson, Baylie Bagby, and a few other corgi lovers.
This weekend we celebrated Queen Lucy’s birthday! She turned 9 this year (or 10, we don’t really know since she’s a rescue) so we threw a little birthday bash for our Queen.
